Shipping Policy

Returns
Julia's Coffee & Books does not accept returns of any items.  If customer selects "Ground" to have their coffee ground before shipping, we will only grind coffee to a "paper filter"setting.  If you have grinding preference other than "paper filter", please choose "Whole Bean" for your order. 

Shipping
Julia's Coffee will ship all orders within one to three business days.  Orders must be submitted before 12 noon on a Friday to be shipped by the following Monday (unless that Monday is a Holiday in which case orders will be shipped on a Tuesday).  Julia's charges a $5.00 Flat Rate on shipping for all orders.  Julia's will only ship within the continental U.S.A.
